Thank you for shopping with us! Each piece of our jewellery is crafted and packed with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.360 degree opening video without any cuts is mandatory showing the defect to claim return or exchange.

Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order if there’s any issue.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging for us to accept a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, hair accessories, and customised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
